Payment

Payment Information .

I have a rolling bead studio and can only ACCEPT PAYPAL. Because we are on the road this is the only way I can Accept Payment at this time. Using Paypal is fast easy and free and secure. They accept electronic checks and credit cards.

Shipping

I use the USPS first Class $3.00,if you want insurance you must add that to your paypal payment $1.70. I do not cover lost or danaged items that are not insured. ,Priority Mail is $4.80

Shipping will be paid by the customer and will ship after payment is received. Please allow 3-4 working day for item to be shipped from the date order was made. For special orders please allow 2 weeks for beads to be made and shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items may be returned with no question asked as long as they have been insured. The Item must be in a perfact condition as when shipped to you. Refund will be returned after item is received. Returned items must be received within 14 day of original shipping date. A full refund less the shipping & Fees will be refunded.

Pricing depends on quantity ordered. We do provide each product in a basic form with the possibility of additional features. In doing so, we guarantee reasonable prices and allow you the option to custom design your products.
