Payment

I will accept personal cheques and money orders, but they must be drawn on a Canadian institution.

International buyers (including USA) please use Paypal only.

Shipping

I do not have shipping discounts for multiple items listed. If you choose to buy more than one item and I ship them together, I will refund the difference between the actual shipping cost and the price you paid at checkout.

I will also refund any differences between the shipping price listed and the actual shipping cost on single items.

And before you ask, no it isn't a typo that it costs more to ship my stuff within Canada than it does to ship internationally. Welcome to the joys of Canada Post!

For shipments to the USA and overseas, I use the "small packet" rate, which will arrive in approximately 5-6 business days for USA and 6-10 business days for overseas. Tracking is not available. If you'd like your item faster or want tracking, contact me and I will give you a revised shipping quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will replace any item broken in transit free of charge. I will attempt to accurately reproduce the original item, but the replacement may differ slightly due to natural variations in the glass. If your item arrives broken, please send me a photo of the damaged item and the packaging it came in.

I hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your item, please contact me. I will work with you to come to a satisfactory resolution.
