Welcome to my shop of fabric goodies.

Please see below for my policies regarding, payment, shipping and returns. If you cant find the answer you were looking for, please feel free to contact me.

Payment

I accept paypal only.

If payment has not been made after 3days the sale will be cancelled and the item will be re-listed.

Shipping

All items are shipped out via 1st Class Royal Mail for UK buyers, and Air Mail (unsigned) for International buyers. If you would prefer to have a recorded delivery please convo me before purchase and I will adjust the invoice for you.

International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the UK.
International Airmail normally takes 3-7 working days to arrive but can take up to 4 weeks due to delays at customs etc. If you have not received your parcel in this time, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Please note I ship to your ETSY address, so please make sure it is correct.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, I will be happy to offer a refund or (unless a one of a kind item) exchange. All I ask is that you convo or email me first and then return the item in its original packaging with a copy of the proof of purchase. I will then process the refund for you and notify you once this has been done.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you have seen anything that you would like but would prefer it in another colour or size, please feel free to contact me, likewise if there is anything in my sold items that you cannot see listed.
