Payment

I accept payment through PayPal only. Credit card payments can be processed through PayPal without an account. Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase, at which point the sale will be canceled and relisted.

Shipping

Shipping:
I ship domestically and internationally and will ship your order within 48 hours of payment. Shipping prices include delivery confirmation.
If you'd like your purchase to ship insured, convo me ahead a time, and I will adjust the shipping price accordingly.

Please note that I can only ship to your verified Paypal address.

Damage or Loss through Postal Service:

The shipping cost listed in each of my listings (inside of the US) includes the cost of delivery confirmation. Usual shipping time is 2-9 days within the US. If an item is delivered to you broken, or if 30 days have passed and you still have not received your item, I will refund your purchase price (you must send the item back to me first if it is damaged) and then file a claim through USPS.

If a package is lost or damaged when shipped internationally, I cannot offer a full refund unless insurance was purchased. If something does happen and the package was not insured, please contact me and I will try my best to make sure you are satisfied.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt (delivery confirmation date) Refunds can be given minus shipping charges, upon successful return of product. Damaged/visibly worn product is not returnable. 50% of purchase price for custom work is non-refundable.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I love custom work! There are several listings in my shop for custom paintings of your pet. If interested in buying a pet portrait, just buy any custom listing to purchase. All other custom requests, just send me a conversation and we can work something out from there.

Please note that ALL custom orders require payment in full up front, including the cost of shipping. While I make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with my custom work, 50% of the purchase price is NON-REFUNDABLE. Custom paintings require a minimum four week turnaround. Any special discounts do not apply to custom work.
