Welcome

All of my items are handmade by me with either new or recycled materials. Your purchase will come from a VERY smoke free house, but from the home of an extremely spoiled Siberian Husky who likes to sit under Mom's feet while she works. Therefore, a possible stray hair or six may be delivered to you, but I can wash and/or lint roll any cloth or felt items for you before shipping if you are allergic or just don't do animals. We don't like dog hair either, but her hair follicles just don't seem to care much.

Payment

Items must be paid for within 4 days of purchase. If you have any personal requests from me about your purchase, DO NOT PUT THEM IN THE MESSAGE TO SELLER BOX!! Send them to me through Etsy. I check my convos constantly...

Shipping

I will soon be going back to school.. again. And since I will STILL be working full time during the day and going to classes at night with a husband who will be overseas for 6 months, I may not be as quick to the draw as normal. So please be patient if you don't hear back from me for a day or two. Thanks!

Normally your purchase would be sent within 1-2 days of purchase, packed safely in a bubble mail envelope. However, due to the message above, it may be up to 5 days. If you need faster delivery, LET ME KNOW.

Refunds and Exchanges

I DO appreciate positive feedback and I do leave feedback for ALL of my customers(even you Mom). However, before leaving negative feedback, PLEASE contact me if you have any problems. I can most likely handle the situation for you to avoid that. I want you to be happy with your purchase! There are no refunds or exchanges on any items UNLESS they are damaged. In that case, contact me first, and I will instruct you to ship them back to me. When the item arrives to me, I will confirm that it is damaged and refund your money minus the cost of shipping, or exchange it for something else (specify which you would like to do.)
