Everything I make is my own unique, limited edition or one of a kind design. If for any reason you are not satisfied,

any jewelry purchasing experience with me!

Payment

Checks and money orders are now accepted as payment.
But there is a 10-day waiting period with those options.
I perfer Paypal and have been a Verified Paypal Member since 2003. Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase.
If you need more time, you must convo me so I can make
a mental note of it. In that case payment must be made within 7 days. I also offer payment plans to suit your reasonable requests. Please write me with your request, we can work something out.

Shipping

All my jewelry items shipped within the U.S.
are shipped Priority (2-3 days). International orders are mailed out First-class shipping. If you are out of the country I can ship priority for $23 usd.
Headpins and hair jewelry ship first-class mail.
I DO NOT insure items automatically. I highly recommend purchasing insurance. If you would like insurance, please notify me at anytime before I ship the item(2-5 DAYS).
I will send you an updated invoice reflecting the insurance fee.
I do have a return address on every package in the case that a package is sent back. You never know...Stranger thing have happened!
I usually do not ship the same day, Please allow up to 2-5 days to ship.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with everything you have purchased.
You should want to come back and bring a few more
friends along the way!
If you didn't receive what you expected, you may return it following these steps.
You must communicate this with me. I must be contacted within 4 days, AND I must have the item back in only 10 working days.
In the case that it is a custom order, I only give store credit. Absolutely no exceptions. Items must be returned at your expense and must be returned insured. I will refund you once I receive the item back...less shipping costs. If you return a pair of earrings, I will refund your purchase price minus a $2.00. For I will have to relist the item with a new set of earwire/earposts. I refuse to reuse earwires, for sanitary reasons and the safety of everyone who shops here. Thank you for your understanding.
If for any reason the item is lost or stolen and you had not bought insurance, All control is out of my hands. My sincerest apologies.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Every item is packaged with love and care.
I want you to treasure your jewelry for years to come.
For safe keeping of your fine quality jewelry please store in the provided bag and/or box. Do not leave it out.
To clean your jewelry, please use a treated cleansing cloth
made specifically for fine handmade jewelry.
Never should you submerge your handmade gemstone jewelry
in any kind of chemicals. EVER.
All handmade jewelry needs to be handled gently.

This is a rare occurrence, But still a possibility....
Should anything happen to your jewelry through normal wearing of your item, I will repair your jewelry free of charge within 6 months from the date of arrival.
After six months, I will repair your items for little or no cost to you. I feel 6 months is a long time! I'm sure you agree.
