Hi there! I'm Laura. This is the low-down on my shop. This page should answer most of your questions; however, if you need additional information or have other questions, please don't hesitate to convo me.

I donate 10% of every sale I make to MercyWorks, a 501(c)3, not-for-profit organization that is dedicated to identifying and meeting the needs of individuals and groups of people that are currently going unmet by traditional public, private and social service agencies within our community. Payment

I accept credit cards, PayPal, checks, and money orders. All credit card transactions will be completed using PayPal, hoever, you do NOT need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. As soon as your payment clears, I will package up your order for shipping.

Shipping

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail typically within 2-3 business days. Please check my shop announcements for shipping delays due to holidays or vacation. For rush delivery, send me your zip code and I'll email you alternative shipping options.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please contact me prior to payment if you are out of the US, so we can use a shipping calculator for the final cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
If you have any issues with your order, please contact me immediately. I accept returns with 7 days of receipt. Contact me with your reason for the return (arrived damaged, wrong item shipped, etc.) before shipping. Your return must be approved before shipping it back.

Additional Policies and FAQs

SHOP STOCK
I only list one "in stock" for each item at a time, but I might have more available. If you would like to purchase more than one of something, or are interested in buying something that you see in my "sold" items, just convo me and we'll tawk.

GIFTING
Gift tags or cards that carry your personal message are available free of charge. Convo me or write your gift request and message in the buyers notes.

CONFIRMATION
An order confirmation with your ship date will be sent to the email address on file with etsy.

WHOLESALE
Since I am a small, very stylized shop, I do not do wholesale. Who would teach the kids while I make 200 widgets?

CONSIGNMENTS
If time permits, I may be able to work with you on consignment. Convo me and we'll discuss.
