Payment

We prefer all payments to be recieved via paypal. However we do accept personal cheques and money orders.

Personal cheques must have cleared before items will be sent. Please note this will delay shipping of your order by up to 10 business days.

Shipping

Items are shipped within 1 - 2 business days from the reciept of payment.

All Items are shipped from Canada via Canada Post. Greenfield Soaps is not responisble for any duty or customs that may be charged based upon your country of origin.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our items, we can not accept returns on opened bars of soaps and bathbombs.

Damaged items will be replaced. We reserve the right ask you to provide proof of damamge before sending out replacement items. We do our best to package all items in a way that prevents them from being damaged during the shipping process.

If an item is lost during shipping, a full followup will be done through Canada Post to resolve the issue. If no resolution can be reached, I will send replacement items.

We welcome wholesale inquiries. At this time I am not doing custom orders.
