Hello and Welcome from Canada!

Stitchwhimsy is the place to find fabric handsewn treats; goodies and embellishments to enhance your home life.

All items have been thought up, dreamed of and built with a dedication to celebrating individual style and have been created in a smoke free environment.

The creative process and challenge is a pretty stimulating experience for me and it makes me happy to be able to share my studio treats with you.

Payment

Credit card payments go through Paypal. International money orders, cashier's chq's. and personal chq's. made out to Naomi Searl are also accepted. Please note that if sending a personal chq. item will be sent once your chq. clears.

Payment is due upon purchase or within three days of purchase. If seller does not hear from buyer within those three days, seller has the option to relist and sell item.

Shipping

All purchased items leave the studio in mint condition with great attention given to quality & packaging.

I ship via Canada Post using surface delivery to the USA and airmail to all other countries. Every effort is made to ship items within 3 - 5 business days of receiving payment. Shipping will not take place Sat., Sun. or Holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes real life gets in the way of all good intentions but be assured that I seriously do attempt to provide prompt service and delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

I take special care in my packaging to ensure that breakages do not occur during shipping. However, if your items arrive damaged, please contact me immediately.

Despite the photographs and item descriptions given here, if you are simply not happy with your order, email me to let me know and return your item(s) within 5 days of receiving it(them) in their original condition and packaging, including your receipt. I’ll be happy to give a full refund but so sad that you weren't happy with your goodies.
