Payment

NOTE TO NY RESIDENTS: Sales to NY residents are required to be taxed accordingly at the current NYC rate of 8.875%. If you indicate a NY shipping address, please wait to receive an adjusted PayPal invoice before completing your payment.

Currently, PayPal is the only form of payment I accept. I do not accept their e-check payment option, however you may use any major credit card through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account. Please contact me if you need help completing your transaction and I will be happy to walk you though it.

Once payment is received and cleared, your order is shipped within 5 business days unless I have otherwise provided notification of an expected delay.

Shipping

Items are shipped within 2-5 business days.

I use whichever shipping service (USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL) will allow for me to ship in the most timely and cost effective manner (in order to keep YOUR costs lower).

Please contact me if you would like to request a particular manner of delivery.

If appropriate, I will automatically combine shipping in order to save you money (a refund of the difference will be issued if there was an over payment on shipping costs).

I am happy to ship internationally. Please contact me in order to arrange.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs include packaging and handling, as well as delivery confirmation and insurance if applicable.

**IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ**
In regard to the purchase of a lamp, as with with any electrical appliance, they must only be used for the intended purpose, and in a safe manner. Use with the correct type of bulb, of a wattage no higher than the maximum indicated in the item description. All items are assembled from UL certified components (Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. is the most trusted and accepted authority on product safety and compliance) and tested prior to shipment. I can not be held responsible or liable for any incident resulting from improper or unsafe use, or circumstances beyond my control (i.e. damaged electrical outlet or faulty home wiring).
