Payment

-Due via Paypal within 3 days of purchase.

-Convo me >>> BEFORE PURCHASING <<< if there are special circumstances surrounding your payment.

-Colorado residents must pay local sales tax.

Shipping

-In order to provide you with a solid cost for shipping/handling/insurance on each item, I have quoted what I believe would be THE MOST you'd have to pay. If the shipping turns out to be more, I'll cover it. If it turns out that the total is a lot less, I will immediately refund that difference. To me, that's just good customer service.

-Fragile items are always shipped UPS ground, and will be covered by insurance.

-I will be honest and say that rarely is UPS the cheapest way to go. But in my experience, it is the safest. Should damange occur during shipping (heaven forbid), UPS is very easy to work with for a claim. It is my shipper of choice for fragile items.

-Other items will specify the shipping method within the listing. Insurance is mandatory and already figured into the quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

-Except in extreme cases, returns are not accepted. In those rare instances, approval is needed before a return is accepted. Shipping costs are not refunded either direction; only the original cost of the item.

Additional Policies and FAQs

-I do not pack up items until they are purchased. Fragile items take more time and care. But we both want them to arrive safely, and thus it's worth the effort involved.
