Payment

Payment is due within 3 business days of placing an order. Payment options include PayPal, Money Orders and Personal Checks. Item will not be shipped until after payment has cleared. Items that are currently in an art show will be shipped after the show closes.

Installment payments, which incur a fee, may be negotiated. Please send email request, or an "Etsy Conversation" (see "contact purpleswirl" at right). Item will not ship until entire order is paid.

Shipping

U.S. SHIPPING
Shipping to all U.S. addresses is FREE, including the shipping insurance.

CANADIAN SHIPPING
The $50 shipping fee is a deposit only. If the charge is less, we will refund the difference. If the charge is more, we will invoice you for the difference. We provide custom shipping based on the final weight of the painting and the packaging materials which may vary. We research and ship with the most economical carrier based on the buyer’s location. Buyer may request delivery via a specific carrier, please send us email with specifics. Please note that customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties that may be incurred at the time of delivery are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer. As part of this responsibility, please note that we are unable to accommodate requests to mark shipments as “gifts” to avoid custom fees, taxes, tariffs, or other duties.

INSURANCE
Shipping includes insurance. All works is insured to its full value for any damage that may occur in shipping. If a piece has arrived in damaged condition, please contact us immediately for additional instruction. Please keep all original packaging materials on hand for return shipment of the work. All work kept beyond 1 day without notification is assumed delivered safely and a final sale.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We know that while we try to provide as much visual information as possible, including closeups of paintings, seeing photos on the computer is not the same as seeing the actual painting in your living room. Most of the time, seeing the real thing is a much better experience!

Customer satisfaction is very important to us so please contact us about any problems with your order. Returns will be accepted up to 60 days after you've received the painting. We'll refund 97% of the cost— the 3% fee will reimburse us for the time and expense of packing and shipping the painting. You will also need to pay the return shipping costs.
