Welcome

My main intention is for you to be delighted with your purchase as well as the whole buying process. You are always welcome to contact me with any questions you might have about my work or anything else. Happy shopping!

Payment

I accept Paypal and credit cards. If you want to use your credit card just go through paypal and click on credit card. You do not have to have a paypal account to pay by credit card.
If you live in the US and would like to pay by check just contact me. I will ship as soon as the check clears.
For international orders, I cannot mark packages as gifts, because if caught, I'm subject to a huge fine. There may be additional duties or customs fees associated with clearing the item from the custom office of your country, for which I cannot be responsible for.

Shipping

I ship within 48 hours after receiving and clearing payment and usually the same day. I do combine shipping for multiple orders.
I try to be accurate with my shipping charges but if I end up having overcharged by more than $1.00 on shipping, I do refund the difference.
I try to use recycled packaging when I can.

Refunds and Exchanges

I really want you to be happy with your order but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied then do contact me within five days. The item must be returned in unused/unaltered condition and in original packaging if possible. I will refund you the amount minus shipping/handling through paypal as soon as I receive the item.
Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
