hello! i am here to explain anything that you may have questions about.

all of my prints are made-to-order. this allows me to be accommodating to custom size requests, and ensures that there is minimal time between when it leaves my hands and when it reaches yours. this way, it is then less likely to be bent or get dusty.

also, i am a new shop just starting out, so if you are happy with your purchase, i would really appreciate it if you made sure to leave feedback. letting other potential buyers know that you had a pleasant experience would really help me out.

Payment

i accept payment through paypal only. paypal is easy, safe, and FAST. please make sure that you pay within 24 hours.

Shipping

i usually ship everything via usps priority mail. delivery confirmation and insurance are not included, so if you need those services, please contact me before you pay so that we can work out the extra cost.

i pack everything very carefully to make sure that it won't be damaged during shipping. i'm really paranoid about this, so please let me know right away if you receive something and it has been damaged by USPS.

sadly, right now i do not have any pets. don't worry that there will be cat hair clinging to your print. however, i do wish for a puppy every night before i go to bed. i'll let you know if my wish ever comes true.

if you are local to chicago, no pick-ups, please. i have a full-time job beyond the etsy world, and i usually stop at the post office on my lunch break or my way to work. i don't really have time to coordinate pick-up with someone. i'm sorry.

Refunds and Exchanges

as i explained in the shipping policies, please let me know right away if you receive something and it has been damaged by USPS. i try my best to prevent this, so it shouldn't be a problem, but if something is damaged, i will send out a new package to you right away!

if you are disappointed with the quality or feel that you didn't get what you were expecting, please contact me right away so that we can talk it out and make sure that you are a happy customer.

Additional Policies and FAQs

i would be willing and eager to work with you on a custom, wholesale or consignment order! i am a new shop, but i am looking to make this a more full-time thing. please message me if you are interested in anything i might be able to help you with that is not listed in my shop. this includes custom sizes. my prints can be made any size you like. i realize that most of them are square and square frames are a rarity, so if you find one and it is a different size, i am more than willing to make a special print just for you.
