I accept payment through paypal only. Payment must be received immediately unless other arrangements are made before purchase.

PLEASE TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION: I deal with many multiple item purchases and I try my absolute best to refund all extra shipping. I do not intend to make any profit from shipping charges. Please understand that shipping and "handling" are to be considered. This includes the envelope, material and gas required to ship. If you have any questions regarding shipping discounts, please convo me before purchasing. Customer service is very important to me and I will do all I can to make your experience at Musty Boxes Ephemera a pleasant one.

If you have specific shipping desires, you will be responsible for any additional costs, including insurance.

I can not be responsible for items lost or stolen or damaged enroute. I am not responsible for a lost item if you have provided an incorrect address on ETSY.

PLEASE make sure your ETSY address is correct. I do not compare Etsy and Paypal addresses. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the address provided on ETSY is correct.

No refunds or exchanges on vintage items. All sales are final.

Additional Policies and FAQs

PLEASE READ ~ Due to the fact that my mom is at the end stage of a disease and I am one of her care givers, my shipping is sometimes a bit unpredictable. I do my very best to process purchases, package and send within a few days of purchase....however, my usual shipping day is Wednesday, but there are times when I get so busy with nurses and patient care, I do get behind on my shipping.
