Payment

At present stitch.tac.sew only accepts payment through PayPal.

Shipping

All items are shipped USPS First Class Mail or emailed within 48 hours. If you have specific requests please contact us using the "conversations" section of Etsy and will respond quickly.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact us if your item arrives damaged. At present we do not accept refunds or exchanges outside of special circumstances. Our items are all one of a kind and we are unable to duplicate them.
