Payment

PAYMENT: I accept payments via PayPal and credit cards through the PayPal service. Sorry, but I don't take personal checks at this time. The "OTHER" option for payment is to be used only for redeeming Gift Certificates or for cash payments on personal delivery. Please note that immediate payment is necessary as I DO NOT SHIP ITEMS UNTIL PAYMENT CLEARS.

Shipping

WHEN I SHIP: I strive to ship within 48 hours of your payment clearing. If this is not possible due to my schedule or an unforeseen delay, I will convo you to let you know.

HOW I CALCULATE SHIPPING: All of my shipping is based on USPS First Class Package rate and includes the cost of time and materials. Convo me if you'd like an alternative shipping method (e.g. Priority Mail or Express Mail) and I will recalculate your invoice.

SPECIAL SHIPPING NOTICE TO PAYPAL USERS: If you pay via PayPal, and the address provided with Etsy does not match your PayPal address, I will convo you to see which address is correct. If I do not hear from you within 72 hours, I will ship to the PayPal Verified address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I am happy to ship internationally. My international shipping method is USPS First Class International Package with Certificate of Mailing. There are variable timelines for this service, although the average has been about 7-14 days. Your country's customs department may add some time to this estimate. I accurately declare the value and content of every package I send. Customs fees are your responsibility; I will not refund any customs fees that are assessed.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Nothing is more important to me than your satisfaction. If for some reason, you are unhappy with the item you purchased, please email me so we can work out an exchange or return. I accept returns on every item I create, with the exception of custom work. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
