Welcome

My goal is to provide buyers with both great art and a great Etsy experience. If you have any problems with your purchase, please see me. I can not prevent the occasional shipping mishap, but hopefully, I can make up for them with a refund or exchange.

Payment

I only accept Paypal and Money Orders. Unfortunately, I can not accept personal checks. Please note that all prices on Etsy are in U.S. dollars. Signing up for a free Etsy account is all you need to shop at Etsy.With my shop you don't need a valid credit card OR a PayPal account. However, all items purchased via money order will be held for shipping until funds clear. Anywhere in the world, Paypal will take care of the currency conversion and buyers are not required to have a PayPal account.

Shipping

I try to ship everything within 72 hours, except for made-to-order (alchemy) pieces, which take longer. Very large items also may take longer to ship, as I have to drive a long way just to get the piece to the shipper. I do purchase insurance on all shipped items, included in the price you pay on Etsy.

I do try to ship pieces using only recyclable, reusable, or biodegradable materials. Sometimes, a little bubblewrap is unavoidable. I do try to use as little environmentally-harmful materials as possible. Please reuse or recycle packing materials after you receive your art.

LOCAL BUYERS -- please contact me before purchase if you want to pick up your item in person and save on shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me as soon as possible (through Etsy) if your piece arrives damaged or if there are any other problems with your purchase. Together, we will find a solution that makes us both happy.
