Payment

Please pay promptly! We'll wait three days for payment before canceling an order and re-listing the item.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations received after that time will not be considered valid. We may have already shipped your item!

Shipping

We strive to use only recyclable packaging materials, like cardboard and cornstarch peanuts. Please help us out by making sure these materials make it into your recycling box!

We work hard to ensure that our work ships safely and arrives at your home in stellar condition. However, every so often, the shippers can get a little lazy and treat our boxes poorly. If you receive a damaged piece, please inform us ASAP! We will file a claim and work out a repair or replacement for you. Shipping damage must be claimed within 5 days of receipt, or we are not responsible.

Our smaller pieces ship via standard UPS or FedEx. Wall clocks may ship via USPS. Larger pieces must ship via a freight carrier like Yellow freight. This service only includes delivery to your door. If you require additional assistance (such as carrying the box indoors, un-packaging and positioning, and disposal of packaging), please let us know! Such services are available, at an additional charge from our carrier. Standard white glove delivery is also available (pieces are blanket wrapped and delivered inside, no packaging materials involved), but can be quite pricey and usually delays delivery by 3-4 weeks. In some cases, however, it can be worth it.

Refunds and Exchanges

We take pride in the quality of our work. If you find an undeniable flaw in your item, please email us with images of the area. We will work with you to resolve the issue. We do not accept returns.
