Welcome

Hello and welcome to D'Luxe Designs. Here you will find handcrafted greeting cards and jewelry. All of my items are designed and handmade by me in my home.

Payment

I accept Paypal, RME, Credit Card and Money Orders payments.
Please note that if you are paying by credit card, the transaction is handled by Paypal.
Items will be shipped upon receipt of payment. If you experience any problems during the payment process, please contact me immediately. Payments not recieved with 48 hours from time of purchase will be considered a "canceled sale" and the item will be relisted into my shop.

Shipping

All items ship within 24-48 hours. Custom orders will be shipped within the timeline agreed upon. All items are shipped USPS first class mail, with a shipping time of 3-6 days within the US and 6-11 days for European and Canadian orders. I offer Priority shipping at an additional cost of $3.50, this option is available under the Misc. section. I do ask, especially with international orders, that you either email me or leave feedback upon receipt of your item, as this is my only way of knowing that it has arrived at it's destination.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be pleased with your purchase from D' Luxe Designs. I offer a 100% guarantee on all of my items, to include shipping to and from. I do ask that you contact me immediately regarding returns, so that we can handle it as efficiently as possible. Contact must be made, within 1 week of receiving your item/s, for this policy to be valid.
