Here, you will find quality handcrafted jewellery (necklaces, bracelets and earrings) that are designed with Swarovski crystals & pearls, freshwater water pearls, sterling silver, semi-precious gemstones and more.

Payment

Payment will be accepted by PayPal, money order or personal cheque. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after the payment transaction has been cleared for your product to be shipped (except for cheques, must wait 7-10 business days to clear).

Please make payment within 3 business days of placing your order. If payment has not been received within 7 business days, please note that this will void your order and the products that you had ordered will be put back into stock and may be sold to someone else.

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours.

Shipping

All products will be shipped with extreme care for the procduct. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after the monies has been cleared before your order will be shipped.

Please note that Xpressions By S.W. is not responsible for damages that may occur through the shipment method after it has been handed over to the post office.

You may choose to add extra insurance for your order at a cost of $1.00. Xpressions By S.W. recommends this, but it is not mandatory.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please notify me via email as soon as possible, if you have received a product that you are not completely satisfied with. I will issue you a return authorization number so that you can then return the product for replacement. Damages that are assumed after 30 days will be replaced/exchanged on a case to case basis.

If you would like to exchange a product, please email me as soon as possible and we can discuss the appropriate information to ensure your satisfaction.

Products must be returned unworn, and in original packaging. Xpressions By S.W. does not assume responsibility for damages incurred by post.

My customers' needs are very important to me, therefore I am committed to meeting them. If you are not satisfied with your product please let me know your reasons and I am sure that we will be able to work something out.
