Payment

PAYMENT METHODS

PAYPAL is my prefered method of payment. My default Paypal account accepts credit cards. However, if you plan to pay using an existing Paypal balance I'd appreciate it if you'd let me know and I'll send you an invoice from my other account that doesn't charge cc fees. Just select the 'Other' option when purchasing. Payment via Paypal is expected within 3 days of purchase. I will mail your purchase within 3 days of receiving payment.

USA CUSTOMERS

PERSONAL CHECKS are also accepted. I expect to receive payment within 7 days of purchase and will mail your package only once the check has cleared my bank.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

PERSONAL CHECKS are not accepted from International customers however I will consider personal checks from UK customers - please contact me for more information.

CANCELLATION POLICY - I do not accept any cancellations once a sale has been made so please ask any questions before making a purchase.

Shipping

USA CUSTOMERS

Domestic First Class shipping is my default option and includes handling charges. Priority mail is also available. Domestic Shipping Insurance is not included in the S&H charges and is optional but highly recommended. I'm not responsible for any purchases that go missing or are damaged during shipping without insurance.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International First Class shipping is my default option but please note that insurance is not available. Please email me for alternate options. International buyers may also be subject to duty fees etc so please research your particular country's laws.

Refunds and Exchanges

All of my creations are original and unique with all the qualities of a handcrafted item. I take pride in creating good quality pieces therefore all sales are final! I do not accept returns! However, if the item was damaged during shipping and insurance was purchased then please contact me immediately to discuss the issue.

Additional Policies and FAQs

My designs and creations are original and unique with all the qualities of a handcrafted item. Sometimes the same stamped image will be used but each piece will never be identical unless I've stated that it's one of a limited collection.

I do accept orders for custom/commissioned work via www.velvetpawcreations.com if you see something you like in particular here but would prefer something altered. For example: a different ribbon colour, a cord necklace instead of chain, a particular image rendered in different colours etc. I will not be changing the item that is currently available - I will design a new piece entirely.
