Welcome to Ellen Borggreve Design

At this moment I only have The Teddy Tutor subscriptions which can be purchased. They do not need to be shipped. Passwords will usually be supplied within 24 hours. If you don't receive it within that time, please contact me, because your spam filter might have caught my e-mail...

Payment

Paypal only please and please keep in mind that I can not send out passwords for items that have been paid with e-check until they have cleared, which can take 3 weeks. This is why I prefer not to be paid with e-checks please.

Shipping

No shipping is needed for The Teddy Tutor subscription. You will need a password and username for the password protected blog. I will send them to the e-mail address Paypal provides me with within 24 hours (usually). Please understand that things can take longer if there are computer or connection problems preventing me from using the internet.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you have not received password and username, please let me know. My e-mails sometimes get lost in spam filters or get bounced, because Dutch servers are considered not spam-free. I have several back-up e-mail accounts that I can use to send you your passwords though.

Additional gifts and tips will be sent out through my mailing list. If you do not wish to be on this mailing list (just for The Teddy Tutor, because I have a separate mailing list for my bears),please let me know.
