Hi and welcome! Mindless Pursuits is a small, handmade tee shirt shop with a driving desire to bring a smile to your face! All of my designs are original and my shirts are silkscreen printed by hand in my own shop.

New shirt designs are introduced weekly so please check back to see what's new. I also have other product lines coming soon, such as posters, magnets, mini-sculptures and more. It's my aim to give you, your friends, family, small woodland animals and even single-celled amoeba something to uplift your spirits and get people to remember that life should be fun!

When ordering screenprinted items, please note that each item is individually screenprinted by hand. The placement of designs may vary slightly from item to item. Because of the nature of hand-screenprinting, each item may have a slight variation in ink density and texture as well as some 'ghosting' of other projects on the reverse. I consider this a sign of distinction as my items are made by my own hands, not a machine!

Payment

IMPORTANT: Customers living in the state of Minnesota (MN) will have sales tax of 7.125% added to their order due to state law. Please wait to pay and I will send you a revised invoice.

PAYPAL: Paypal Payments must be made within 24 hours after the order is submitted. Exceptions can be made if you contact me and we agree upon it.

NOTE: If payment is not received in the timeframes listed and you have not contacted me, unfortunately I will have to cancel your order. Please stay in contact if you have payment issues!

Shipping

I ship anywhere in the United States and many countries internationally. Shipping times vary depending upon the type of shirt ordered. Single shirt orders ship first class mail in the United States or First Class Mail International. Multiple shirt orders ship Parcel Post. All items ship with delivery confirmation. Please make certain you can receive packages at the address you supply. For Paypal purchases, I will only ship to your Paypal address so please ensure it is current!

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. I’ll happily give you a refund (minus shipping fees) for the shirts that you purchase, provided they are unworn, unwashed and returned within 30 days from the date your order is shipped.

Exchanges

I am currently unable to offer exchanges. Follow the instructions for returns and then place a new order for the new item(s) on the site. You will receive a full refund for your original order (minus shipping and handling fees) once I receive it.

Care Instructions

All Mindless Pursuits shirts are Jerzee's Heavyweight Tees made of 50% cotton / 50% polyester unless noted. They may shrink about half a size when washed. To minimize shrinkage or color bleeding, we recommend washing Mindless Pursuits shirts in cold water with similar colors and hang-dry.

Shirt Sizes and Colors

All Mindless Pursuits shirts are screen-printed for superior quality and life. I try to offer as much variety as possible. The available colors listed may vary by shirt.

All shirt widths are measured across the chest, from underarm to underarm, while laying flat. The length of each shirt is measured from the bottom of the shirt to the highest point on the shoulder. If you aren’t certain of your size, find a shirt that fits well currently and measure it, then compare those measurements to the size charts in the listing. The size charts provided are approximate and accurate for the majority of shirts I print and ship. The exact measurements of each shirt can and do vary slightly.
