Welcome to my shop policies! I've tried to outline my policies pretty clearly, but if you have any questions, feel free to convo me! I've been embroidering for awhile now and have sold quite a few things locally... my items are usually something you cannot buy in stores, which makes them unique and wonderful to use as gifts or for yourself. I am very confident in the quality of my items, but if you are unhappy at all with anything regarding your purchase, I WILL make it right with you.

I love to sell locally!! If you purchase an item from me and would like to pick it up, I would be glad to make arrangements with you to do that (I am located in North Central Kansas along the Kansas/Nebr border). If you pick it up, shipping costs will be reimbursed to you.

Payment

I currently accept paypal and personal checks, although they must clear before I can ship the item.

Shipping

~ If you are paying with a personal check, it must clear the bank before I ship the item.

~ All items are shipped just as soon as I get the order, unless otherwise noted in my shop announcements

~ Items are shipped via U.S. Mail

~ I currently only ship to the U.S. and Canada

~ My items are always enclosed in a plastic bag for protection and shipped in an envelope or box

~ If you are buying the item as a gift, I can send it to their address... just let me know

Refunds and Exchanges

I do understand that sometimes it's difficult to order something without seeing it, so although I am very confident that you will love your purchase, I do accept refunds and/or exchanges if returned within 14 days and only if they are in the same condition they were when shipped. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Please just convo me to let me know of the problem. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to me. I generally do not refund for shipping errors, unless it is an error on my part. However, if you do not receive the item you ordered, please contact me and I will try and work something out.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I do take custom orders on tea towels. I can do sets of any number, I can do individual towels, and I've even recently begun to do gift baskets. With a custom order, you can also let me know where the design should be placed on the towels. I have many different designs for my towels... most of these are sets of 7 (days of the week), but I can make them however you like. My designs are listed below... if you would like a custom order, please contact me for details... I can generally meet any reasonable deadline.

DESIGNS: I have made, in the past, the following sets of towels: Murtle Turtle, Wine Country, Mice, Barnyard Happenings (roosters), Java Break, Busy Bees, animated kitchenware, snowmen, and Birdhouses.
