Payment

I would dearly love you to pay by paypal within 72 hours of ordering my item....if you would like to extend this time convo me first and we can talk turkey!
I am happy to reserve items for up to a 4 days.

Shipping

I OFFER FREE POSTAGE FOR ALL ITEMS OVER $16.
I will tell you when I have posted the item. I generally post two days a week.
Shipping times to USA and UK can be as little as 5 days.
If an item fails to reach you please let me know and we can discuss a refund.

Refunds and Exchanges

I really want you to be happy when my product arrives, if you aren't I want you to tell me why.

If you feel the goods are not what I described in the listing and you want a refund I will accept the goods back undamaged and I will refund your payment.

CUSTOM ORDERS: If you would like a custom order I am happy to do so but will require 50% deposit prior to starting the item.
