Welcome to and thank you for reading through my shop policies. I like to get these out there, so there is not confusion for my buyers about what is happening with their purchase. If there is a special request or something I do not address here, please feel free to contact me through Etsy conversations or e-mail.

I consider myself to be a "casual crafter" and as such I usually try new things from time to time and have quite the selection of items in my shop. I come up with most of my ideas by looking around Etsy and being inspired by others, and love to find new mediums to play in and try to combine.

Payment

I accept payment via Paypal and money order. If you make a payment via money order I must be notified at the time of purchase when it will be mailed out. If I do not receive payment within a week of a purchase of the item or mailing of the money order I will contact you via Etsy conversations. If at that time you have decided against purchasing the item, please let me know so I can cancel the sale, no hard feelings. If I have contacted you once and do not hear back at all within the next week, the sale will be canceled.
Payment must be received before I will ship any item.

If a Paypal address and Etsy address do not match, I will use Etsy conversations to contact you and ask the address to where the item should be shipped to, if you answered address does not match either Paypal or Etsy, I will not ship the item until something is worked out and have the right to cancel the sale. If I do not hear back from you about an address conflict within a week, I will cancel the sale.

Shipping

I ship all my jewelry and charms in a smaller box with tissue paper, then packed into a bubble wrap padded envelope.
Larger items will be packed into an appropriate sized box with tissue paper.

Items will be shipped within one to two business days of payment being received (unless made to order, which will be specified in the item description). All items are sent via USPS first-class mail. If you would like your item shipped via a different carrier or with different shipping options, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you, extra shipping charges may apply.

If you would like an item shipped directly to someone as a gift, you must notify me at the time of purchase and your personal Paypal and Etsy address must match before I will ship to another location.

I ask that those who buy from me please leave feedback when my items arrives, I like to know that it got there safely and that you are happy with your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

If an item bought was not what you were expecting, I must be contacted within two weeks of shipment. You may ship them item back to me, for a refund of the items cost (not including shipping). The return shipping cost is assumed by the buyer in the event of a return. The item should be packed as it was when it was originally mailed. If a returned item arrives broken, damaged, or not in it's original packaging a refund will not be given.

Some items, such as earrings, I will not accept back due to sanitary issues. All destash item sales are final.

If an item is severely damaged or lost in shipping, please contact the local post office and myself. I will see what I can do.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All of my items (except some destash) are handmade in my free time as a hobby. I am open to custom orders and alchemy requests, even some small wholesale or consignment requests, feel free to contact me via Etsy conversations or email. Please do not feel offended if I refuse, or cannot complete your request, I am still a college student and have a job and house to maintain. If I cannot complete your request but know someone who may be able to on or off of Etsy, I will refer you to them.
