Payment

I currently accept Paypal (all major credit cards).

PAYPAL:
If paying by PayPal, payment is due AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. If you are unsure how to pay, see here: http://www.etsy.com/faq_buying.php#paying_the_seller.

Also, I would be happy to send you an invoice via paypal if need be. There is a 24 hour grace period if you contact me stating why you need extra time. If we do not receive payment within the allotted amount of time, your order will be canceled and you will receive negative feedback.

Shipping

Most items ship within 48 hours of payment clearing, weekends excluded. ** Custom hand stamped items can take from 1-2 weeks, depending on the order. **


All orders, unless specified otherwise, ship USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
SILVER CANYONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
Insurance is optional and offered for an additional fee, I highly recommend it, as it will cover you for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

If you would like Priority, Express upgrades, or to purchase insurance, please convo me before you make your payment.

Please note, my shipping costs include the price of postage, cost of packaging, and handling.

US - Canada - Puerto Rico:
Orders ship USPS First Class Mail with delivery
confirmation.

Shipping to everywhere else is sent First Class Registered Mail.
International buyers are responsible for all customs fees.
Pleae note..due to heavy mailing restrictions, I cannot ship to Italy.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. I offer a full refund EXCLUDING shipping costs, within 5 days of receipt of the item. Return shipping and insurance are your responsibility. Please contact me before returning the item. If there are any issues after this period, please contact me and I will see how I can accommodate you.
