Shipping

Purchases will be shipped within 72 hours of payment. Please note that in Canada post offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and purchases made on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.

To keep postage at a reasonable rate I ship all magnets in a bubble mailer as regular letter-mail. I am happy to oblige anyone who would like a faster shipping method, however the customer will be responsible for the extra postage fee.

Customers in other countries should be aware of any import fees and taxes their country may charge and that any charges are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will gladly exchange or refund your purchase if there is a defect that I've overlooked or if your order has been damaged in any way during shipping. Return shipping for exchanges must be paid by the customer. I will pay shipping for the new item.
