Welcome to my Etsy shop policies. I have listed below everything I can think of that you might need to know about purchasing a piece from me. If you have any other questions or special requests please contact me.

Payment

I am happy to accept the following payment methods:

PAYPAL

CREDIT CARD -(through Paypal) Click the payment button and you will be given the option to pay by credit card without a Paypal account.

FURIKOMI - For customers in Japan I can receive payment by this method. Please contact me so I can give you the account details.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. I will ship to your Etsy address unless otherwise specified.

Orders ship from Australia to:

DOMESTIC

to Australia: $4.00

INTERNATIONAL

I am happy to ship worldwide. If your country or region is not listed, please send me a message and I will give you a quote. All jewellery will be shipped airmail. For an additional $3.50 I can send your parcel Registered International. If you would like your parcel sent Express, please send me an email and I will be happy to give you a quote.

*Please note that delivery times are approximate and may take longer depending on local handling conditions of destination country.
*Also note that buyer is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred.

PACKAGING

Jewellery will be presented in a white paper box with my name and logo printed on it in silver and then placed inside another box for protection. Where possible I will use recycled materials for cushioning and packaging. I love wrapping presents so please let me know if you require the item to be gift wrapped. I am happy to ship to a "giftee's" address and include a gift tag with your message.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you would like to return a piece for any reason please contact me within seven days of receiving the item. I am happy to exchange the piece or refund your money to your Paypal account as soon as I receive the piece back in its original condition and packaging. Unfortunately shipping costs will not be refunded.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CUSTOM ORDERS

I would love to work on a custom order for an original collage. Please send me a convo detailing your request. Unfortunately I am unable to accept custom orders for jewellery at this time.

SIZE

All pendants are handmade and presented on 925 silver chain or omega imported from Italy. Please let me know which length of chain you require by sending me a convo or message in the "note to seller". Available sizes will be listed for each piece.
Also I am happy to sell the pendants without the chain if you prefer. Please contact me so I can create a special listing for you.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

With each piece of jewellery I will include information about how to take care of your piece to keep it looking like new. Silver that is exposed to light and air will tarnish so it is best to store your pieces seperately in a dark, airtight environment when you are not wearing them. Tarnish can easily be removed with a silver polishing cloth or silver cleaning solution (not on pieces containing stones). Please see my care instructions for your individual piece.
