Payment

At the moment, I only accept PayPal payment. Please note, if your PayPal payment is not instant(e.g. echeck or from bank account), your package will not ship till payment went clear.

Shipping

I usually ship packages twice a week, it's usually Monday and Thursday. To confirm your order status, please see your Purchase page.
*I refund over $1.00 shipping overcharge caused by multiple purchase.*
Japanese general international shipping has not tracking numbers or chase numbers. All goods will send as 'small packet', please allow that if package was opened in customs(It's unusual).
If you need receive the package faster, EMS option is available and the additional cost will be required.
The purchase over $80 will be automatically up grade to EMS mail or registered mail at no extra charge. It depending on the weight.
Please note, customers will be responsible for any local duties / taxes.

Refunds and Exchanges

if you don't like my products or it is not what you expected, I accept returned goods and I refund full amount of items except shipping cost. Please email me within 3 days after you receive the products.
The products must be unused and I can't accept returned goods if it was worn or once used. The shipping cost of returning the goods is your expense.
