If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, please contact me and I will try my best to rectify the situation.

I want happy and satisfied customers, so I will always try to accommodate a buyers concerns and wishes, within reason..lol.

Payment

Payment is expected upon checkout, with Paypal funds, a credit card done through Paypal (no sign-up necessary), or Postal Money Order. If sending a money order, I will ship your purchase as soon as the money has been cleared through my bank.

If payment is not forthcoming within 48 hrs., I will cancel the purchase and relist the item.

Connecticut residents will be charged 6% sales tax by Paypal at checkout.

Shipping

I ship twice a week, either Monday and Thursday, or Tuesday and Friday, depending on the number of sales I have. If you are my first sale of the week (no matter which day you purchase) your package will probably be sent out the next day.

However I will send you an email to let you know when I will ship, just so you will know when you might expect it.

I ship to international locations...in fact I love being able to tell people I've shipped to Spain, Australia, and Israel!
The shipping is Everywhere Else, and for the most part the charges are pretty close to the actual cost to ship. If, however, I have grossly overestimated the postage, I will refund the difference over $1 to your Paypal Account.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will be more than happy to refund the purchase price, or give you a store credit or exchange for another item if you are not happy with your purchase, and if you return said item to me in the condition it left my hands.

If an item is lost in the mail, or arrives damaged, I will do my best to work with you to rectify the problem. Goods arriving damaged should be photographed before removal from packaging, as well as after, so that I can see the damage and we can have proof that the PO created the problem!

Without insurance there is not a lot that can be done for lost merchandise, other than the delivery confirmation data, and that is not always correct either. But we'll work something out. If you wish to add insurance to a shipment, please contact me and I can send an invoice for the additional amount.
