Payment

You may pay by PayPal (the preferred method), Money Order, Google Checkout, RME, or direct Credit Card processing. If you pay by eCheck on PayPal, your order will ship when the payment clears, which could be up to a week.

Money Orders must be for the exact amount including shipping, and the item will not ship until the money order clears.

Payment must be received within 48 hours of the order date or the transaction will be canceled.

If you wish to cancel your order, please send a convo immediately. If you've paid, you will be refunded as soon as posssible.

Georgia folks: there will be a 6% sales tax added to your orders.

International folks: All customs, duties, and applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. And sorry, but ARRRT! cannot mark international shipments as "gifts" on customs forms.

If you select "Other" as a payment, specify if you want Google Checkout, RME or the direct credit card method (through ProPay - no account necessary) and you will receive an invoice for the total.

Shipping

Items will be shipped 24-48 hours after payment has cleared. All items ship First Class Domestically and Internationally with Delivery Confirmation for Domestic orders unless specified in the description.

Expedited shipping is available. Please contact ARRRT! before you pay for Priority, Express Mail or Priority Mail International upgrades. You will receive a revised invoice with the new shipping costs.

Attention PayPal Customers: Please be advised that all orders will ship to the address listed on the PayPal account for the customer's and ARRRT!'s protection. Every effort will be made to ensure the package gets to its destination but if there is a discrepancy between the Etsy and PayPal addresses, ARRRT! cannot be responsible for mis-directed mail.

Estimated delivery times:

★ Domestic First Class: 3-7 days
★ Domestic Priority: 1-3 days
★ International First Class (aka Airmail): 1-4 weeks (varies)
★ Priority Mail International: 6-10 days

ARRRT! is not responsible for lost shipments. Delivery Confirmation is added for all US orders, and orders over $50 include insurance. This is not applicable to International orders sent First Class (Airmail). Priority Mail International is available for international customers who require tracking. A revised invoice will be sent if you choose to upgrade shipping.

If you suspect a package has been lost, contact ARRRT! and a claim will be filed with the Postal Service (for US & Priority Mail International shipments only). Every effort will be made to locate the item with the USPS, but because some items are vintage or limited in supply we may not be able to re-ship.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items may be returned only if defective and within 10 days of receipt of that item. Please contact me before you send the item back and ARRRT! will issue a refund minus the shipping costs after the item has been returned. Please be prepared to show photographs of the damage.
