Payment

Paypal only accepted. Please submit payment immediately upon completing checkout.
Also, please ensure your Etsy address matches your Paypal shipping address. Otherwise, orders will be delayed until I am able to confirm the correct address.

Shipping

Insurance.....
If you would like insurance please contact me and wait for a revised invoice before sending payment.
Althoug it is rare for me to have any problems with shipping, it can occur. I can not be held liable for shipping problems if insurance is not purchased.

Combined Shipping...
The combined shipping rate is only offered if payment is sent for all items in one transaction and to the same address.

For Gifts...
Please let me know if your item is a gift. I will be happy to put it in our 100% recycled gift box with ribbon.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are only offered if there is an error on my part and must be returned within 7 business days.
