OldToNew's Shop Policies

Welcome

Welcome to OldToNew. I like to make a variety of items, but generally unique ones that no one else carries. I use re-cycled materials when possible, because everyone should do their part to reduce waste.

Payment

I prefer PayPal as the main method of payment. I will accept personal checks, but will not ship the item until the check clears. If you are a repeat customer, however, I will mail it right away.

Shipping

I will try to ship your product within 1-2 days following receipt of payment. Some of my items require special packaging and might take a little longer. If there are any unexpected delays, I will send you a note with the projected shipping date. All packages within the United States are shipped USPS 1st Class Mail. Overseas packages are shipped USPS 1st Class International Mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 10 days of receiving it. Once the item is returned, I will be glad to replace it or refund your money.
