Welcome

Welcome one and all to my little shop of glass goodies and other beaded items. Everything you see within my shop I make myself.
So get a cup of your favorite poison and pull up a chair and have a look around. Again welcome.

Payment

I accept payment through paypal. For those of you who do not use paypal I will accept money orders/cahsier checks. No personal checks please.

Shipping

I ship by using USPS first class mail for all shipping, even on international orders, unless you specify differently and pay the difference in shipping cost. I insure all my packages, try and use delivery confirmations and on internalnational shipping I label my packages so that there is no additonal cost to my international customers.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refund policy is you have seven days to return the item to me if not satisfied..after receiving the item I will refund the money minus the shipping cost by the method you used to purchase the item. These refunds will be done within seven days after receiving the item back to me. This policy for a refund applies to all items.
If the item gets lost or damaged in shipment..please contact me immediatley to see if the item can be replaced.
