Payment

We accept payments through PayPal only. Paypal allows you to make payments using a major credit card, debit card and check. If paying via Paypal by check, please be aware your order will be shipped once your check clears, which can take up to 4-5 business days.

Shipping

All items are shipped first class mail via USPS (United States Postal Service) with delivery certification. If paying by Paypal via credit/debit you order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If your paying by Paypal via check your order will be shipped within 1-3 business after your payment clears, which can take up to 4-5 business days.

FREE Shipping costs will be reimbursed to your PayPal account once your order is received and processed.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges and store credits are welcome on the following items: necklaces, bracelets and rings. No exchanges or returns on earrings. If you would like to exchange or receive a store credit on your item, please contact us at info [!at] thepinklocket.com for return information. Returns and/or exchanges must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise. We allow exchanges on items damaged via shipping.
