Thank you for your interest in my shop! Please take a moment to read the information below.

Payment

I currently accept PayPal, money orders, and personal checks. If you choose to pay by personal check, please be aware that your order will be shipped once your check clears my bank (which may delay shipment by 7-10 days). Money orders and personal checks must be in U.S. funds.

For those paying via PayPal, I really appreciate immediate payment at the time of your order. Payment is due no later than three days after the sale. If I have not received payment after three days, I will attempt to contact you before cancelling your order.

Shipping

I ship all packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS) First-Class Mail. If you would like to upgrade to Priority or Express Mail, or would like to add insurance or delivery confirmation, please send me a convo before paying so I can adjust your invoice.

Packages are shipped within three business days of receiving payment. Whenever possible, I reuse shipping supplies. This helps keep your shipping costs down (yeah!).

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees. I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged once shipped with the USPS. I do ship my items in plastic bags (in case your package ends up in a puddle).

Refunds and Exchanges

I will lose sleep if you are not happy with your purchase from me! I work very hard to make sure my pictures and descriptions are accurate representations of everything I make. *All sales are final.* If you have any questions about an item, please convo me *before* making your purchase.

If there is an error on my part (e.g. I ship the wrong item), I will pay for the return shipping and will correct the error immediately.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase, please convo me before leaving negative feedback. I will extend the same courtesy to you as well.
