Welcome to Huckleberry Friends!

Materials and the environment are important here at Huckleberry Friends, so I only use natural fibers. My equipment is my grandmother’s old singer sewing machine that she bought used and taught all of us grandkids to sew on – how lucky am I?

Payment

I only accept PayPal and request that payments be made within 3 days – if not, I start to get nervous. I don’t take international payments at this time, but please convo me if you are interested.

If you have a coupon, please do not pay until I update your invoice.

Shipping

I ship USPS Priority Mail domestically and to Canada. At $7 for US shipments, my shipping rates are more expensive than other sellers, but that is because I insure each package. It’s not that I don’t trust the mail carrier, but things happen…

I ship within 3 business days of payment.

Please make sure that your Etsy ship to address matches your PayPal ship to address. If you purchase a gift and want to ship directly to the giftee, please convo me.

I don’t currently ship internationally, but please convo me if you are interested and we’ll figure something out!

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with Huckleberry Friends so that you come back to my shop and tell all of your friends about me. That said, please convo me if you are at all unhappy with your purchase. Please note, however, that you must contact me within 14 days of delivery, after which I will not accept returns or exchanges.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I value your opinions and will give a coupon to anyone who leaves feedback (whether good or bad). If you are a past customer and you send a friend my way who makes a purchase, both of you will receive a coupon (you on your next order and your friend on their first order). Woohoo!
