I love hearing from you. If you have ANY questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Below are the policies of my shop. Please read them carefully before you make a purchase so that the transaction will run smoothly.

Payment

I currently accept Paypal as my preferred method of payment. It is the easiest and safest way of making and receiving a payment.

I ask that you please make your payment immediately after checkout. If payment is not made within three days, the order will be cancelled.

If you are interested in purchasing something by different method (check or money order), please contact me **before** you check out. If you choose a form of payment other than Paypal, your items will not be shipped until your payment clears.

For those who live in Minnesota, 6.5% sales tax will be added to your purchase through your Paypal invoice.

Shipping

All of your items will come packaged carefully and safely.

I ship through the US Post Office. I try to make it to the Post Office within 2 days after your purchase. I will always notify you the day I ship your purchase. I will also notify you if there is any delay in the shipment of your purchase.

If you would like expedited shipping, insurance, delivery confirmation or any other specialized shipping, please contact me before you pay through Paypal.

If you live outside of the United States, please contact me before you check out so that I can determine the cost of shipping to you. All customs and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

If the items that you have purchased are in any way defective, or if there is an error on my part, I will send you a replacement or offer you a refund. If you have a damaged item or there is an error, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Additional Policies and FAQs

***Custom Orders***
I love custom orders! Please contact me and we can discuss it! If you see something in my sold items that you like, contact me. Sometimes I'm not able to make the same thing again due to supplies being discontinued, but I will try my best!

***Wholesale Orders***
If you are interested, I would love to talk to you about wholesale opportunities.

***Feedback***
I want to know that you love your purchase. Please participate in Etsy's feedback program which helps buyers recognize reputable stores and helps sellers recognize what they are doing right. However, I will understand if for whatever reason you do not want to participate in issuing feedback.

Finally, I take pride in my work and try to make it new and fresh. Please do not steal my ideas and try to pass them off as your own. It is mean and it undermines the whole creative spirit of Etsy. Thanks.
