Hello an thank-you for stopping by my shop!
Any custom items you would like me to make or try to make are greatly appreciated(I love a challenge).
Items I have made will take no extra time to ship, they will not say an estimated shipping time because I can send them out right away.
Item I have to make before shipping will take about 1-3 weeks to make and ship.
I am really excited about the feedback I have been getting already about my items and look forward to working with the many talented people on Etsy.

Payment

At the moment I am only accepting PayPal. I feel that it is easy and Checks and Money Orders take so long to arrive.
Once a buyer has made the payment the item will be sent out or I will start making it.

Shipping

I will be shipping all items through Canada Post. I find they are the best way for me to ship items out. However, if a buyer prefers another method I would gladly use that shipping method at their expence, minus the other shipping fee.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am open to take back any item a buyer is not happy with unless it is a custom item. If something happens to and item I made I will repair it.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All custom orders: For custom items please let me know what you want and I will send you a picture of what the item will look like when finished. I also need to know prefered colours. This process could take upto 3 weeks to get going.
