Welcome! My business philosophy is to treat customers well, just as I want to be treated when I buy things. I ship veryquickly and package appropriately.

Payment

Paypal
USPS Money order (send it right away)
Google Checkout-- You need to be verified; click OTHER and send me a convo for an invoice.
I expect payment within 5 business days. If you are unable to pay within that amount of time convo me. After 5 days without any communication I will cancel the order and give negative feedback.
I do not collect state sales taxes.
If a customer need to cancel an order she must convo me right away. Communication is key.

Shipping

I use USPS. Many orders are shipped Priority. Polymer clay roses are shipped in a small box in a padded envelope by USPS First Class. I can upgrade anything traveling as First class if you contact me first. Orders can be combined to save you money. Convo me in advance.
If you want to upgrade an order or add insurance convo me.
Delivery confirmation is included with US orders.
International customers must pay any required customs fees in their countries. I only write the truth on customs forms.

Refunds and Exchanges

Convo me within 3 days if you wish to return or exchange an item. It must be returned quickly and in good condition. Any polymer clay item can be broken if handled roughly. It is the customer's responsibility to handle delicate items appropriately. I do not take responsibility for orders stolen out of mail boxes or international orders that are stolen, damaged, or destroyed by postal workers in other countries.

I could create custom order polymer clay roses for an individual's use. The minimum charge would be $20.
I would be willing to discuss wholesale and bulk orders. There would be a minimum order of $200.
I don't do consignment. I don't loan out my items but if a magazine contacted me I would be happy to talk with you about an article. I am open to publicity opportunities.
Local female buyers in Portland, Oregon can contact me before buying about arranging a pickup to save on S&H.
