I make every effort to make your shopping experience a good one. Some things just have to be said, for everyone's sake. Payment

Right now we are only accepting PayPal. Any items paid for with a PayPal E-check will not ship until the check clears the bank (usually 4-7 days).

If you can not pay by PayPal, or prefer another payment method, please convo me, email me, or even call (509-741-0567)

* Payment should be received the same day as your order.
* Items not paid within 3 days will be canceled and relisted.
* As per Etsy policy, non-paying buyers will be reported.

All my prices are in U.S. dollars. International buyers are most certainly welcome.

8% sales tax will be applied to all orders delivered within the state of Washington.

Cancellations should be made within 24 hours or less. I make it a point to ship regular listed items within 24 hours, weekdays(with confirmed payment). Special order cancellations should be made within 48 hours.

Shipping

I prefer to ship items to confirmed PayPal addresses. Etsy and PayPal addresses should match. Should your addresses not match, shipment will be held until after confirmation of address. Not shipping to the PayPal address can cause problems with sellers’ insurance.

US Shipping costs currently are included in most all listing prices. Packages that are sent First Class via the USPS. If you would like to arrange alternative or faster shipping please feel free to convo me.

Insurance is strongly suggested, but optional. If you opt for no insurance, I will not be responsible for lost or stolen orders. Insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer when shipping costs are included in listing prices.

All items are shipped with sturdy packaging to prevent damage. I do have a habit of recycling materials for packing. Dont be surprised if the Sunday funnies are used to wrap your purchase! More likely will be bubble wrap or Styrofoam peanuts which I've gotten from something I bought, or saved from the landfill via our local freecycle group.

If you have placed a custom order or Alchemy order, I will work quickly to fulfill your order. For prints, bookmarks, note cards & most magnets ... shipping can be expected within 3-5 days from time of confirmed payment. For coasters shipping can be delayed for up to a week to allow ample drying & curing time on product.

LOCAL BUYERS !! Pickup arrangements can be made & shipping will not be charged.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds

Should you not be satisfied with your item for a reasonable reason, I will refund your money. Sorry, but I cannot refund or accept returns on an item due to buyer's remorse. All refunds must be requested within 3 business days, & will be made upon receiving the item in the same condition it was sent out. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer & insurance is strongly suggested. Thank you for understanding.

Damages

No matter how well an item is packed, damage can happen in shipping. Please convo me about it within 2 days of receiving the item(s). I will replace the damaged item for free if insurance was purchased, upon receiving the damaged items back. Return of damaged items is requested to see damage & work on not repeating the problem.

Etsy has a wonderful system that allows both buyers and sellers to leave feedback on every transaction. Feedback is optional but always appreciated. Feedback helps both parties create a solid history, which allows other members to feel more secure when considering a purchase, sale or trade.

I consider feedback to be an important part of my business. If you are happy with your purchase, please leave me feedback.

Wholesale & Such

I am happy to accept wholesale orders from qualified businesses. I will also work with customers who wish to purchase in bulk at a slight discount.

All of my items come from a smoke free home. I do have a dog however, but do my best to keep pet hair out of all packaging.
