All items in my store are created by me - ajaldington with love and attention to detail. I have been creating with glass for over 16 yrs now and still totally fascinated by it....I just wish I had more time in the day!:):):)
I am located in The Yarra Valley, Victoria, Australia

Payment

Pay-Pal is the only form of payment I accept from International Buyers.
For Australian Buyers I accept Bank Deposit, please convo me for the details.

All payments must be paid within 24hrs of order. If this is not possible please contact me and I will be happy to reserve a listing for you.

Shipping

I will post your item to the address listed on your Paypal account. If you would prefer your purchase to be sent to an alternative address please contact me immediately.

I will post within 24hrs of payment being received.

Shipping is via Australia Post. International orders are sent via Airmail. International customers may also be liable for customs fees on receipt of the item. Please check with your local customs office.

Your item will be sent to you safely packed. I try sometimes to use recycled packaging, and encourage others to do the same.

Shipping times can vary from 5-20 working days.

Should you have any questions please contact me and I will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your item will leave me in perfect condition. If insurance is not requested I cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost items by the postal system and therefore cannot offer a refund.
Custom orders once accepted are NOT refundable.
If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me so we can sort it out.
