Welcome and thank you for checking out our shop policy. Here you will find out more about payment, shipping, refunds/exchanges, and other shopping information.

Payment

We accept PayPal as the main mode of payment. Once your payment is accepted, we will arrange for shipping as soon as possible.

Shipping

We normally ship using ordinary mail. In the U.K. we will ship using first class. For outside the U.K. shipping, we can arrange for registered posting with insurance if you initiate a 'conversation' to communicate that you require registered posting & insurance. Once we have calculated how much additional charges it will be, we will adjust the item's pricing factor in the special postage price, then you can proceed with the purchase process.

Once the item is shipped, we will notify you in a 'conversation' or by email.

If you are purchasing a gift, i.e. the shipping address will be different from the one from your PayPal account, then please let us know in the notes section during the purchase.

Most items in the shop will be shipped using jiffy envelopes. Sometimes we will use recycled jiffy envelopes too to help save the environment.

Refunds and Exchanges

Currently we do not offer any refunds or exchange services. Please let us know if this is a concern before your purchase of a particular item.

If you are purchasing a gift, please let us know. We are happy to gift wrap your purchase with an additional small fee before shipping.
