Welcome

Please follow all of Etsy's policies. We provide excellent customer service - please ask any questions before buying and we will be more than thrilled to help you. All questions are welcome. :)

Payment

Please see Etsy's payment guidelines. If paying with a personal check, it must be from US customers only and it will be held for three weeks. We accept well-concealed cash, too, at your own risk.

Shipping

WE SHIP ONCE EVERY 2-4 WEEKS! Please convo us if you want to know when our next shipping date will be. Your item(s) will ship after receiving your payment or when your check has fully cleared. We strongly suggest you insure your packages, although it is not mandatory.

Shipping charges are an estimate. For ALL shipping, we will adjust your final shipping charge so you pay the lowest rate. Just convo us if you want to double-check what your combined shipping will be, as it could be less than what Etsy's system calculates. If you overpay actual shipping charges by more than $1, we will REFUND you the difference!

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE and we COMBINE shipping! Please inquire about shipping rates to your country so we can adjust them, if needed. We do not want to over-charge you on shipping. Rates for "Everywhere Else" can vary because each country has different costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds given as merchandise credit.

We must be contacted first before any refund is agreed upon. Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery to you, according to your USPS Delivery Confirmation date. No refunds on any shipping costs. Item must be returned in original sale condition with original packaging. Refund on item purchase price less 15% restocking fee.
