Thanks for checking out my shop and clicking on my Shop Policies. Everything is handmade by me or hand clicked by me in the case of digital banners :) I will gladly accept custom orders. Thanks for looking. ^-^

Payment

I accept PayPal payments and credit card payments made through PayPal.

Below are instructions for how to pay by credit card without signing up for PayPal:

Shipping

Banners will be emailed no later than 24 hours of receiving payment AND the information that you want on the banner. All other items will be shipped out within 48 hours of receiving payment.

Packaging will be kept to a minimum to keep costs down.

If shipping costs somehow turn out to be less than what you paid I will refund you the difference.

****INTERNATIONAL ORDERS****

Any duty or custom charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase I will do whatever is necessary to rectify the situation however, banners are non-refundable, but I will fulfill requests for minor changes.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I do accept customs orders of anything you see in my shop. Magnets, pins, banners, etc; I do my work in a cat-free, dog-free, smoke-free environment :)
