Thank you for visiting the little red door! Please enjoy browsing among my little houses and ceramic miniatures; I love to make them and I hope you find one to call your own :)

I have a few general policies listed below, please take a moment to read them over.

Payment

Please pay with Paypal immediately after your purchase.

If you cannot pay via Paypal please do not proceed with your item purchase. If payment is not received & no communication is forthcoming from the buyer within 48 hours the sale will be cancelled and item relisted and buyer will be reported for non-payment.

Shipping

I ship via Canada Post from a Western rural area, usually on the next business day but certainly within 4 business days of purchase. I cannot ship on weekends, purchases made Fri/Sat/Sun ship Monday.

With past experiences I have found packages to overseas and Eastern areas of the USA can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days to arrive once mailed from my area. Please understand I cannot control how fast any postal service operates and that once mailed it is just a matter of waiting. I have shipped over 500 orders since opening and every single one has made it to its destination :)

Refunds and Exchanges

Please be sure of your purchases as all sales are final. Refunds issued only in the case of pottery items broken en route to your home. In the event your item is lost in transit a replacement item/s of equal value will be issued.
