Items in my shop are all handmade and handstiched, unless otherwise noted. And because of that, your item may vary slightly.

Just convo me if you need something custom made, and I'll whip up your custom goodies (at no extra cost)!

Payment

We currently only accept PAYPAL. Please make your payment within 3 days of purchase.

Shipping

Skirts and totes are made when orders are placed (unless noted otherwise in the listing), so please allow 5-7 days for order completion. If you need an item much sooner, please convo me first.

We will ship your item after your payment clears with PayPal.

** US CUSTOMERS:
All US/domestic packages are mailed via First Class and usually include delivery confirmation.

If you would like your item shipped via Priority Mail, please convo me for pricing and revised invoice.

** INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Buyer is responsible for all and any customs fees. We also are not responsible for any lost packages since we cannot track international packages.

Your items are carefully packaged and mailed in a bubble mailer. If your package has not arrived within 2 weeks (3 weeks for International orders), please convo us for further assistance. (For US Customers only - Delivery confirmation gives a status of your package)

Postal insurance is optional but highly recommended and is available at the buyers expense. We are NOT responsible for packages lost or damaged once it leaves our possession. If you would like to include insurance, please convo me for a separate shipping invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

The items in our shop are all handmade and majority are one of a kind, and it is a possibility that your item cannot be replaced with the exact one.

However, if you encounter a problem please convo me within 3 days of receiving your item so we can make it right. I'm a very reasonable person and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

If you're are not completely satisfied with your order, you can ship the item back at your cost and I will refund your money minus shipping cost. (Shipping cost will only be refunded if I sent the wrong order.)

** LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGE:
We are NOT responsible for packages lost or damaged once it leaves our possession. We suggest you purchase postal insurance for this reason.

** CUSTOM ORDERS:
Please allow 7 - 10 business days for completion of custom orders. If you need an order sooner, please convo me before purchase to make other arrangements.

** WHOLESALE/LARGE VOLUME DISCOUNT:

** TRADE:
Feel free to convo me, trades are fun! I'm open to almost anything, please no jewelry or soaps at this time (too many allergies in my home). However, please don't be offended if I am unable to accept an offer. I'd love you forever if you have vintage buttons or fabric for me tho! Happy trading! ;)
