Thanks for shopping at my store! I love making mosaics and especially creating custom orders for people. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.

Payment

I ship my orders within two days of your payment being confirmed. I will send you an email to let you know when I ship your order.

Shipping

I ship all my packages by USPS. If you would like to upgrade to priority, delivery confirmation or insurance please convo me.

I strive to be as environmentally responsible as I can in all aspects of my mosaic work. As for shipping, I collect used boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap, tissue paper and ribbons from my great community of neighbors. Many days I open my front door to find a bundle of bubble wrap on my doorstep! I will strive to make your package look as "new" and as neat as possible. And do know that reusing items is very important to me so I try to balance these two things.

Refunds and Exchanges

I offer a full refund within 15 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You are responsible for mailing it back to me and when I receive it I will refund the full purchase price minus the initial shipping cost.
